A brave warrior from the lands around Djordheim, Bergsveinn finds himself at home in the wilderness, tracking and hunting both food and also the enemies of the Wolves. Steadfast in combat, a weapon in each hand, Bergsveinn is never far away from a fight. Although skilled in the art of using two weapons, Bergsveinn has since learned the value of being able to use a shield, a skill which he has learned over the last winter. The lesson of needing to be able to use a shield was one that Bergsveinn learned the hard way, having been one of the few Wolf survivors of the attack on the construct factory the year before. Since that time he has sworn to better protect his fellow Wolves.
When Bergsveinn joined the warhost in 1108, he challenged then-Fulturi Corlack in the Ritual Circle in view of all the Aesir and Vanir for the hammer Othlar. The hammer's magic was renewed and while Bergsveinn did not emerge from that circle as the Black Wolves' Champion, he will be considered a strong contender by many when next the challenge is fought.
Away from the heat of battle, Bergsveinn always seem to be focused on something, be it guarding the gate or other minor things like running messages or escort duties. It is as if he is trying to keep his mind off of a more pressing issue. Nobody has yet asked him what this matter is. He wouldn't know how to fully answer the question anyway, as he still needs to do some research to find out the answer to the questions he has. As well as hunting his enemies, he is also hunting for information.
It is rumoured that in the Winter months, when the warhost return to their lands and families, that Bergsveinn models for the next season's catalogue of Nordicwear.
